Mangum Design-Build to build in Hasentree

Mangum Design-Build, a specialist in historically accurate European homes, has been selected to build in Hasentree, within the Groves neighborhood. The Developer, Creedmoor Partners has assembled a preeminent team of builders to represent the neighborhood. The underlying need with homes under one million dollars in North Raleigh will bode well for Mangum Design-Build’s existing strata of experience with homes in this price range.

Look for homes in Phase I to be in the 800-850k range. Construction should begin in Late 2007, with home delivery scheduled for 3rd quarter 2008.
